What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?
We ask that you remove anything fragile from the area around your windows, such as framed photos, or glass decoration. You don’t need to move furniture or window dressings.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use Dawn dishwashing detergent. It is non-toxic, and you don’t need to worry about it causing damage to anything that it touches.
When are appointments available?
We clean windows Monday through Friday. Our first appointment is usually 9-9:30am, and our last appointment is usually 1-3pm. We can make arrangements for an earlier morning appointment to accommodate your schedule.
Do I need to be home when you come to clean the windows?
If we are cleaning your windows on just the outside, you do not need to be home. If we are cleaning your windows inside and out, we will need someone to let us into the house. Once we are inside, you do not need to stay at home.
Do I need to take the screens off my windows?
If we are cleaning just the outside, then you will need to have the screens removed prior to our arrival. If we are cleaning inside and out, we will take the screens off and put them back on.
