As the owner of Western Reserve Window Cleaning, I care about my role in making the world a better place. That starts with taking care of the people in our company, who then go out and take great care of our customers. We treat everyone with respect, every day.


Our scheduling is flexible, because we know that you have a life outside of work. Everyone earns Paid Time Off and year-end bonuses. We are LGBT friendly and accept all cultures.


After the training period, the pay is performance based, so you are in control of how much money you want to make. You will drive your own car, and we will reimburse you for gas.


Our work hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4pm. We do offer part time schedules, but they would need to fall within those hours.


Our office is in Kent, but we work throughout Portage, Summit, Stark, and Medina Counties.
