I had an experience at one of the first houses I ever cleaned that helped me determine what kind of company Western Reserve Window Cleaning would be. A homeowner in Akron called to request a free estimate. I went to her house, gave her the estimate and she scheduled the cleaning.
On the day of our appointment, I rang her doorbell, and she opened the door with a shocked look on her face. I thought maybe I showed up on the wrong day. She told me, “I set appointments with three companies before yours, and none of them showed up. I didn’t think you would either.”
I knew that Akron needed a better window cleaning company, and we have worked hard for 14 years to take great care of our customers.
